A student in his late twenties was injured by a gunshot in the leg in the Sohag Center district, at the hands of a worker as a result of a dispute over priority traffic in Sohag.
Major General Sabry Azab, Director of Sohag Security, received a notification from Major General Mahmoud Taha, Director of Criminal Investigation, stating that Ahmed MA A, 20 years old, a student, had arrived at a hospital. Sohag New University student was injured by a gunshot wound to the right leg, and resides in the Sohag Center.
The police officers and their supporting team immediately moved in, and the injured person reported that the so-called A. had been accused. A. K.A., 18 years old, a worker and resident of the same area, assaulted him and fired a shot from a firearm he was in possession of, wounding him due to a dispute over priority of passage on the road.
The accused and the weapon used were seized upon his guidance. When he was confronted, he admitted to committing the incident, and the necessary report on the incident was drawn up in preparation for presenting it to the competent investigation authorities.
Two workers were killed when a wall fell on them in Sohag
In another context, two workers were killed as a result of a white brick wall falling on them, while they were sitting next to it, in a vacant plot of land in the district of Al-Balina Center, south of Sohag, and their bodies were transferred to Pardis Central Hospital.

The wall led to their death and they were transferred to Pardis Central Hospital.
Both the first wife, Hanaa A. F.A., 39 years old, a housewife, and the second wife, Madiha H. M. A., 41 years old, a housewife and residing in the same area in Sohag, stated the contents of the above and did not accuse anyone of causing it. They denied the criminal suspicion, and the necessary report was drawn up. of the incident in preparation for presenting it to the competent investigation authorities.
