The drinking water company in the governorate announced Aswan Today, water was cut off in a number of areas due to repair work being carried out on the Al-Jazeera sewage station’s expulsion line.
The company’s official page on Facebook published that water will be cut off from several areas in the city of Aswan due to repair work on the sewage station’s expulsion line, which will result in cutting off water from the following areas (Al-Nasiriyah in its entirety, Al-Sadaqa in its entirety, Ard Al-Jamili, Al-Nafaq, Al-Shader, Al-Suwaiqa, College of Engineering, Al-Kassara, Hajj Allab, the entire island)
The interruption period will start from today, Friday, November 15, 2024, at ten in the evening, until twelve o’clock in the afternoon, Saturday, November 16, 2024.
The company called on citizens in those areas to manage their water needs during that period.
