Look, sir, from the hours of the Arab Contractors Company, Egypt’s giant in construction and building, and has signed a cooperation protocol to study and implement a road project linking Chad to Egypt via Libya, to improve connectivity and cross-border exchange, and an important step to enhance regional connectivity between Egypt and Chad, and to maximize the volume of investments in giant infrastructure projects.
The protocol includes completing the detailed technical studies necessary to begin implementing this road as part of a broader initiative to develop infrastructure and enhance cross-border exchange. By the way, the Arab Contractors Company had previously signed an agreement with the same content with the Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund for the part of the middle road located within the scope of the State of Libya. Road construction contracts and agreements have been completed for all parts within the scope of the states of Chad and Libya, allowing the immediate start of study and implementation work.
Egypt will benefit from the project greatly and directly. The first is that it will ensure the access of its products to the markets of these countries and neighboring countries as well.
