A public auction session was held at the headquarters of the Sheikh Zayed City Authority, which resulted in the sale of 14 commercial stores in the Imbaba Airport area, with areas ranging from (15 m2: 38 m2) and with various activities.
The auction witnessed the presence of committee members, including officials from the State Council, the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, the Financial Affairs Sector of the New Urban Communities Authority, the Ministry of Finance, and police leadership from the Giza Security Directorate (October Sector, Construction Police, and Sheikh Zayed First Division).
In the same context, a public auction session was held at the headquarters of the Obour City Development Authority, which resulted in the sale of 6 commercial stores with different activities and spaces in Commercial Center 1 in the Dar Misr project, the first phase, in the entertainment district, in addition to the allocation of 2 medical centers with a usufruct license system for a period of 10 years, at public auction. In the meeting hall of the city authority, in the presence of the committee formed to conduct the public auction work, headed by Engineer Ahmed Rashad, head of the authority, and the membership of representatives of the New Urban Communities Authority.
It is worth noting that a plenipotentiary advisor to the State Council, officials of the authority’s commercial and real estate affairs sector, the authority’s financial and administrative affairs sector, deputies and the general director of financial, administrative, real estate and legal affairs and directors of the relevant departments participated in the auction session.
