The security services in Sharqia arrested the accused and his wife for assaulting the imam of the mosque after a verbal argument over inheritance disputes that developed using a sharp instrument that claimed his life.
Initial investigations revealed that the victim obtained a decision to grant a residential apartment as part of the inheritance, which caused the anger of the victim’s older brother and his wife, and they attacked the victim with a sharp object.
The ambulance transported the victim’s body to the hospital morgue. The competent authorities quickly determined the anatomical characteristics of the victim and legal measures were taken.
