Polish Konrad Michalak has appeared at a declining level during the last period and since joining the club Zamalek Club In summer transfers.
A large number of Zamalek fans criticized on social media the level in which Michalak appeared during his participation with the team.
A source within the Zamalek club confirmed to Cairo 24 that Konrad Michalak’s contract with the Zamalek club continues for a season on loan, and the player’s level will be evaluated next January.
The source indicated that it is possible that the player will leave next January and cut off his loan if he continues at the same current level and contract with another foreigner.
The source concluded his statements that Jose Gomez, the team’s technical director, is the one who will decide the player’s fate during the coming period, whether he continues until the end of the season or ends his loan next January.
It is noteworthy that Konrad Michalak has played 5 matches with Zamalek so far, accounting for 195 minutes out of a total of 450 minutes.
Konrad was unable to score or create goals during his past five appearances with Zamalek Club.
Zamalek rest from training
The technical staff of the first football team of Zamalek Club, led by Portuguese Jose Gomez, decided to give the players a break from training today, Saturday, following the return of the team delegation from Libya, after playing the friendly match between Al-Nasr Al-Libya and Khaled Hussein’s retirement.
Zamalek will resume training tomorrow, Sunday, at the club’s stadium at the White Castle headquarters, in preparation for the upcoming confrontation between Al-Masry and Port Said in the Premier League competition.
The Zamalek club’s first football team is preparing to play the Al-Masry match in the third round of the Premier League competition, scheduled for November 23 at the Army Stadium in Burj Al Arab.
