Najla Muhammad, a resident of the Arab village in the governorate FayoumShe told her story to Cairo 24, saying: I have a son and a daughter. My children are in different stages of education, and my husband is sick, and despite his illness, he works as a day laborer in an attempt to provide his daily food even though she has a heart condition. The good people helped us build the house and roofed only one room in the house.
Regarding her suffering inside the unroofed house, she added: In the summer we would get sick with fever and fever and go to the hospital, and in the winter it would rain and be very cold. I made the roof of the bathroom and kitchen with old blankets to cover the house from above. We would die from the cold and rain and I would say, “Be careful, protect me.”
At the end of her speech, the woman appealed to good people to help her build a roof for her house, to protect her and her family from the cold of winter and weather fluctuations.
