The Endowments Directorate was held AlexandriaToday, Sunday, tests were held for applicants to accompany the Hajj delegation for the year 1446 AH/2025 AD, to ensure the provision of the best services to the guests of God, under the auspices of Dr. Assem Mahmoud Qubaisi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments in Alexandria.
Tests for applicants to accompany pilgrims
The tests witnessed wide participation from imams, preachers, faculty members, and their assistants accredited to the Fatwa Councils, Iqra Councils, Weeks, and Da’wah convoys.
The tests included a variety of scientific and personal subjects, where applicants were evaluated on memorizing and performing the Holy Qur’an, to ensure applicants’ mastery of the Holy Book and its sound, in addition to the jurisprudence of Hajj to ensure their accurate understanding of the provisions and rituals of Hajj. They were also tested in Arabic according to the book Basics of the Arabic Language for Writers and Speakers. And the general rules of jurisprudence to measure the extent of their knowledge of the general rules of jurisprudence.
The examinations committee was headed by Dr. Assem Mahmoud Qubaisi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments in Alexandria, and the membership of Sheikh Hashem Saad Al-Faqi, Director General of the Da’wa, Sheikh Ibrahim Shweirb, Inspector of Follow-up, and Sheikh Faraj Abu Al-Saud, Inspector of Follow-up.
These tests aim to select qualified competencies to provide religious guidance and spiritual guidance to pilgrims, and to ensure the perfect performance of the Hajj obligation. The Alexandria Endowments Directorate confirms its keenness to provide the best services to the guests of God, and to raise the level of religious services provided to them.
