Al-Ahly’s match against its counterpart, the National Bank team, in the fourth round of the Egyptian Premier League competition, witnessed a severe injury to Ahmed Yasser Rayan, the National Bank striker.

The match witnessed a severe injury to Ahmed Yasser Rayan, before the Al-Ahly Club’s medical staff intervened to assist with the National Bank Club’s medical staff.
According to what the Bank Club’s medical staff reported to the Cairo 24 correspondent at the match stadium, the initial diagnosis for Ahmed Yasser Rayan is a fracture of the collarbone.
The medical team confirmed that the player was quickly transferred to the hospital, and will undergo new x-rays and examinations to determine the extent of the injury.
The Al-Ahly team’s match against its counterpart, the National Bank, began at five o’clock in the evening, Cairo time, at Al-Salam Stadium.
Earlier, Swiss coach Marcel Kohler, coach of the first football team at Al-Ahly club, announced the formation of his players to face Al-Ahly Bank, which is scheduled to start shortly, as part of the Premier League competitions.
