Ahmed Amer, the lawyer for the nursery that witnessed a teacher assaulting a student in the village of Tatay in the district of Al-Santa Center in Gharbia Governorate, revealed that the student’s family had reconciled with the owner of the nursery and the teacher.
The student’s family will not file any complaints
The nursery lawyer added to Cairo 24 that the student’s family did not file any complaints against the teacher or nursery officials, whether in Solidarity or the security authorities, pointing out that as soon as the incident occurred, the nursery owner fired the teacher.
Reconciliation between the two parties
Amer explained that the student’s family had reconciled with the teacher and nursery officials.
Nursery apology
Amer added that the nursery apologized to the family of the child, Salma. They accepted that, and that the child is still continuing to attend the nursery, and she attended the ceremony held yesterday inside the nursery to celebrate childhood holidays, stressing that all concerned parties that filed reports against the teacher obtained official approvals from the child’s family for concession and reconciliation.
The nursery’s lawyer confirmed that the video was filmed last October, and was maliciously published in conjunction with the nursery holding a party to celebrate Motherhood Day.
