The court explained in its merits that the facts of the misdemeanor were that the Public Prosecution assigned the accused child to the Fifth Settlement Police Department – Cairo Governorate, if the accused was a child under 18 years of age, who mistakenly caused the death of the victim, Dr. Mohamed El-Sherbiny – and this was due to his negligence, recklessness, lack of caution, and lack of He paid attention to the laws, rules and regulations and hit the victim while driving the car, which killed him.
