Upon conducting preliminary investigations, the incident was revealed to be true, and the security services arrested the accused. He admitted that the incident had been committed in agreement with her cousin, her sister, and her sister’s husband, for the purpose of seizing her gold jewelry and money.
A misdemeanor report was issued for the first time in Nasr City, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation, which ordered his detention for 4 days pending investigation, and the victim was also referred to forensic medicine.
