A representative of the French President arrives in Lebanon today to discuss the political crisis

Yves Le Drian, the president’s representative, arrives FrenchToday, Wednesday, he traveled to Lebanon to discuss a solution to the political crisis, according to what the French presidency announced.

The French presidency called on all partners in the region to support the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon.

Macron welcomes the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon

On Tuesday evening, French President Emmanuel Macron welcomed the ceasefire agreement agreed upon between Israel and Lebanon.

Macron stressed that the Lebanese must now elect a president without delay, noting that the agreement in Lebanon must open the way for a ceasefire in Gaza.

Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced the mini-ministerial council’s approval of the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon, stressing that any violation by Hezbollah would face a strong military response.

He explained that this agreement aims to focus on confronting the Iranian threat, reviving the Israeli army, isolating Hamas, and separating the military arenas.

Netanyahu concluded his statements by emphasizing his government’s commitment to implementing the agreement, while retaining the freedom to take military action if necessary, noting that these moves come as part of efforts to change the face of the Middle East.
