The center and city of Samanoud in Gharbia witnessed a fire breaking out in a spinning and weaving factory on an area of 700 square metres, near the entrance to Al-Raheen village in the center district.
A number of fire engines were dispatched to control the fire and prevent the flames from spreading to the vicinity of neighboring homes.
A massive fire broke out in a textile factory
The security services in Gharbia had received notification of a report indicating that a massive fire had broken out in a factory near the entrance to the village of Al-Raheen, in the district of Samanoud Center and City.
Sending fire engines to control the fire
Flames and thick smoke were seen rising from inside the factory, and 5 fire engines were dispatched to control the fire.
Civil Protection is trying to control the fire, extinguish the flames, and ensure that there are no injuries or deaths in the accident.
