An elderly worker died as a result of a gunshot wound to the shoulder. The body was transported to Tama Central Hospital, and the perpetrator was arrested, due to neighborly disputes in the Tama North Center district. Sohag.

Major General Sabry Azab – Director of Sohag Security, received a notification from Major General Mahmoud Taha – Director of Criminal Investigations, stating that Rashad S. A. H. – 65 years old, a worker, arrived at Tama Central Hospital, a dead body, as a result of being shot in the right shoulder and a resident of Tama Center.

Major General Raafat Rashwan – Head of the Northern Investigation Branch, Major Mahmoud Zaki – Chief of Investigations at Tama Police Station, and the team assisting them, moved immediately, and reported that the son of the deceased, called Sharif, 24 years old, an agricultural worker, and resident of the same district, accused the person called Omar A. A. A. – 25 years old. An agricultural worker and resident of the same district assaulted his father and fired a bullet from a firearm he was in possession of, wounding him and claiming his life due to neighborhood disputes.

The accused and the weapon used were seized upon his guidance, and when he confronted him, he admitted to committing the incident for the same reason, and the necessary report on the incident was drawn up in preparation for presenting it to the competent investigation authorities.

The police officers moved immediately, and the father of the deceased, called Abdel Maqsoud, 62 years old, a worker and resident of the same area, said that while his aforementioned daughter was playing in front of the house, the car collided with her. “His cousin’s son, called Thawri Ata, 28 years old, a driver and resident of the same area, was driving, which led to her death.” The criminal suspicion was denied.

The car and its driver were seized, and he reported the contents of the above and added that he was surprised by the object mentioned in front of him, and was unable to avoid it, so he accidentally collided with it. A medical examination of the body was conducted by the health inspector, who stated that the cause of death was “severe decline in blood circulation and breathing” as a result of the collision with a solid object.

The necessary report on the incident shall be prepared in preparation for presenting it to the competent investigation authorities
