Receive Jamal Allam President of the Egyptian Football Association, Major General Helmy Mashhour, Board Member, referees Ahmed El Tounsi and Ahmed Rabie Yassin, to honor them for their good behavior during the management of the Ghazl El Mahalla and El Qana matches in the Republic League, and Sodfa and Sohag in the Third Division League, and for saving the lives of two players after they were exposed to swallowing their tongue and being concussed during the matches.
Gamal Allam and Helmy Mashour expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to the referees, Ahmed Al-Tunisi and Ahmed Rabie Yassin, for their good behavior during officiating the two matches, as soon as they noticed the players falling to the ground, so they stopped the two matches and quickly ran towards the players and provided first aid to them until the medical staff of the two teams arrived until the players were rescued.
The Board of Directors of the Football Association, headed by Gamal Allam, and the Referees Committee are keen to organize periodic first aid medical courses for all elements of the game, including coaches, referees and players, to confront any emergency circumstances that occur during matches.

Cairo 24 learned that the Board of Directors of the Football Association, headed by Gamal Allam, decided to pay the referees’ dues for the past 4 rounds during the next few days, before the new Board of Directors, headed by Hani Abu Rida, takes over the task next Tuesday, immediately after the Jabaliya General Assembly is held.

A source told Cairo 24: The current referees committee headed by Yasser Abdel Raouf will submit its resignation to the Football Association on December 10, after the new board of directors led by Hani Abu Rida takes over, leaving the new council free to form the referees committee, and during the next stage the current referees committee will not continue. In the presence of Yasser Abdel Raouf, Tawfiq Al-Sayed and Tamer Dari, with the foreign expert upon contracting with him.
