Al-Ahly’s path to the round of sixteen of the Club World Cup, if it qualifies
Al-Ahly will have two paths in the knockout rounds of the Club World Cup, as follows:
The first way: If Al-Ahly succeeds in qualifying for the round of 16 in the Club World Cup as the winner of Group One, it will meet the runner-up of Group Two in the match scheduled for June 28, at 8:00 pm at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
The second way: If Al-Ahly qualifies as runner-up in Group Two, it will play a round of 16 match against the leader of Group Two on June 29, at 8:00 pm at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
Al-Ahly’s path to the quarter-finals of the Club World Cup if it qualifies
If Al-Ahly succeeds in reaching the quarter-finals of the Club World Cup (from the first route), it will face the winner of the match
Winner of Group C and runner-up of Group D, on July 4, at 5 a.m., at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
If the Red Giants qualify for the quarter-finals (from the second way), they will face the winner of the match between the winner of Group Four and the runner-up of Group Three, on July 5 at 8 p.m., at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
Al-Ahly’s path to the semi-finals of the Club World Cup if it qualifies
The International Federation of Association Football, FIFA, has set July 8, 2025 as the date for the first Club World Cup semi-final match, which will be held at 11 pm Cairo time, at MetLife Stadium in New York.
-While the second semi-final match will be held on July 9 at 11 pm Cairo time – at MetLife Stadium in New York.
