The security services arrested the Ministry Interior, Three people were arrested for detaining and assaulting a guard in a garage in Kattameya for stealing electrical cables from the site, as this comes within the framework of the efforts of the Ministry of Interior agencies to combat crime in all its forms.

Information and investigations from the Investigation Unit of the Katameya Police Department in the Cairo Security Directorate confirmed that some people detained a person inside a wooden room at a site under construction belonging to a construction company in a mountainous area in the department’s district.
Following the legalization of the procedures, 3 guards residing in Cairo Governorate were arrested, and they were in possession of two birdshots and a number of bullets – an artificial carbine – for detaining another guard – residing in Giza Governorate, “suffering from superficial wounds, bruises, and various abrasions on the body,” and handcuffing and beating him for stealing electrical cables from inside the site. They guarded them, resulting in his aforementioned injury.
Confronting the accused, they admitted to committing the incident with the intention of pressuring his family to pay the value of the stolen items. During discussion with the victim, he confessed to stealing some electrical cables from the aforementioned location and selling them to traveling scrap dealers. He accused them of detaining him, assaulting him, beating him, and causing his injury.
