Today, Monday, the Fayoum Criminal Court, headed by Counselor Yasser Muharram Darwish, with the membership of Counselors Magdy Haridi, Bishoy Al-Nasr, the secretariat of Mahmoud Al-Omda, and the Saleh Kilani Execution Secretariat, is considering the second session of the trial of the accused, “W.A,” 55 years old, accusing her of ending the life of an elderly woman and stealing her. This is in the village of Kafr Abboud in the Abshway center.

This came after the court, which met last October, decided to postpone it to the next session, on the second day of December. This is to discuss the report received from the psychiatric hospital to determine the extent of the mental and psychological strength of the accused.

The details of the case go back to the end of last April, when the security services of the Security Directorate received it FayoumA notification from Brigadier General Osama Abu Talib, Chief of the Abshway Police Department, that a farmer found the body of human organs inside his field in the village of Kafr Abboud.

Investigations revealed that behind the murder of Mrs. Aisha was a woman named W.A., 55 years old, a housewife.

The investigations added that the accused broke into the victim’s house at night and dragged her into one of the rooms, then stabbed her with a knife, then brought a cleaver and cut her into pieces, and threw her body parts in the fields near the village, thinking that stray animals had devoured the old woman’s body, and to hide the crime in order to steal her earrings. The accused was arrested and referred to the Public Prosecution, which decided to detain her for 4 days pending investigations, and then her detention continued pending investigations.
