– Adherence to the specifications of the examination paper, and that the examination questions cover the parts that were actually taught during the first semester, and completely stay away from questions and topics of a political nature or partisan or controversial issues.

The proposal to merge the question paper with the answer booklet (booklet) will be implemented according to the circumstances of each directorate.

– The Directorate is committed to placing a barcode on the question papers of each Traffic Committee, provided that every 20 notebook sheets are packed in a closed, opaque bag that can only be opened within the Traffic Committee with the knowledge of the observers and the signing of the opening report, which includes the opening date, today’s date, and the name of the subject.

– Emphasis on students and teachers not to bring mobile phones into the committee.

– Organizing the itineraries of the cars distributing the question papers so that the papers are delivered to each committee at an appropriate time before the start of the exams, and the envelopes are only opened within the subcommittee at exactly nine o’clock and five minutes.

– Warning the heads of the traffic committees that the subject teacher should not observe within the subcommittees on the day of the examination of the subject he is teaching, provided that he is a reserve on this day.

– Completing the preparation of a plan to secure schools and educational buildings in coordination with the Director of Security in the governorate; To mobilize all resources in the governorate with the aim of creating the appropriate climate to enable students to take exams in an atmosphere of calm and discipline, ensuring the achievement of the principle of equal opportunities, and taking all necessary measures to ensure the achievement of quality standards in all assessment work and monitoring results.

– Observing complete confidentiality during the grade monitoring process, not extracting any results before they are officially approved by the Governor, taking procedures to announce the results, and taking all necessary measures to improve the level in the second semester.

The conditions that must be met, and the prohibitions that must not be present for those who participate in the transfer exams and local public certificates supervised by the governorate, directorate, or educational administration, are set according to the prohibition bulletin.
