China on Monday launched a Long March-2C rocket to place two satellites into space.

The New China News Agency, Xinhua, reported that the rocket was launched at 7:39 a.m. Beijing time from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China, and sent out the two satellites, “Siwei Gaojing-2 03” and “Siwei Gaojing-2 04.” to their specified orbit.

This is the 547th mission of the “Long March” missile series.

Last September, China launched the first reusable and returnable experimental satellite, called (Shijian-19), into space, using the Long March-2D rocket.

Last October, the Chinese company ADA Space announced that its recently launched satellite had successfully completed the technical verification of the technology of the large artificial intelligence model during operation in orbit.

The satellite conducted 13 tests of the large artificial intelligence model between September 25 and October 5, which included multiple types of inference questions under different operating conditions and temperatures.

In the next stage, the satellite will generate 3D remote sensing data by artificial intelligence while in orbit.
