Major General Sabri Azab, Assistant Minister of the Interior, was appointed Director of Security Sohaga notification from Major General Mahmoud Taha, Director of Criminal Investigation, stating that the little Aseel A., two years old, had arrived at the Dar es Salaam Central Hospital, a dead body, allegedly falling from a height, and residing in the Dar es Salaam Central Hospital.
Major Haitham Al-Hujairi, head of investigations at the Dar Al-Salaam Police Station, immediately moved in. Her father, Abdul Hadi A. H. M., 53 years old, an employee and resident of the same address, reported that while his daughter was playing on the third floor, without a fence, of their three-story house, her balance was disturbed. She fell to the ground by the skylight of the house, which led to her death. No one was accused of causing this, and he denied the criminal suspicion.
Upon a medical examination of the body by the health inspector, he stated that the cause of death was a fracture of the skull, which led to a severe decline in blood circulation and breathing as a result of a fall from a height. The necessary report on the incident was drawn up in preparation for presenting it to the competent investigation authorities.
