The Qatari Umm Salal team announced, through its official account on the social networking site Instagram, that it has disengaged from French coach Patrice Carteron Who asked to leave to the Iranian league.

The Qatari Umm Salal Club said through its official account: The club announced the disengagement with the French coach at his request, after receiving an offer from one of the Iranian clubs. The club’s management extends its thanks and appreciation to coach Carteron for his distinguished efforts and hard work with the team during his period in charge, wishing him all the best. And success in his future career.
Patrice Carteron, the coach of the Qatari Umm Salal team, who took over his job from July 2023, did not achieve any championships, but he left and moved very close to the Iranian League, through the Sepahan Isfahan gate, according to media reports.
Iranian press reports also confirmed earlier that Patrice Carteron, the former coach of Al-Ahly and Zamalek, is very close to coaching the Iranian team Sepahan Isfahan, in what will be his first experience during the coming period.
If an agreement is reached with Sepahan Isfahan, Carteron will face Pitso Mosimane, the former coach of Al-Ahly club, after they faced each other before when they were coaching Al-Ahly and Zamalek.
