Dr. Sameh Al-Hafni, Minister of Civil Aviation, participated in the activities of the third session of the International Civil Aviation Leaders Program, which is hosted by the General Civil Aviation Authority in cooperation with the UAE Cabinet Presidency in Dubai during the period from 18 to 21 November this year, in the presence of Abdullah bin Touq Al-Marri, Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Council of Ministers.
