The source said in statements to Cairo 24: Mohamed Tariq underwent an operation this morning to remove the burned skin on the hand.
He added: The breathing process has become better today after it was difficult yesterday due to suffocation from smoke, and Mohamed Tarek, a member of Zamalek, is under care for 48 hours and is now speaking normally with his family.
The source concluded his statements by saying: Mohamed Tariq has begun the treatment phase, as there are some minor burns on the face, and the Zamalek Council, headed by Hussein Labib, has been fully present with him since yesterday, and takes turns in his visits.
In the same context, Zamalek Club published an official statement after Mohamed Tariq suffered injuries as a result of his house fire, and Zamalek’s statement came as follows: –
