The Minister indicated that designs are being prepared to begin implementing the development work of the second phase of the Masra El-Oyoun Wall area development project, which is one of the most important development projects being implemented in Cairo Governorate, within the framework of implementing the directives of the political leadership to restore the city of Cairo to its cultural splendor, and enable it to exercise its historical role.
