The Banker website publishes in the following report the limits of contactless payment via cards and payment platforms with the start of the trial operation of “APPLE PAY” in Egypt.

The rate for one transaction: 600 pounds, and within a day: 1,500 pounds.

There is no maximum limit on the number of transactions during the day

Exceeding 1,500 pounds requires investigation through the customer’s password.
