The price of 24 karat gold was about 4291 pounds, the price of 21 karat gold was about 3755 pounds, and the price of 18 karat gold was about 3218 pounds.
The price of the gold pound also recorded about 30,040 pounds, while the price of an ounce globally recorded 2,649 dollars.
It is worth noting that the global price of gold rose significantly during the end of the week’s trading, after it recorded its highest level in a week, and in light of the return of the US dollar to its rise again, which reduced gold’s gains, but support remains present from the demand for safe havens.
For his part, a goldsmith merchant in Kafr El-Sheikh revealed that this is a very appropriate time to buy gold, given its remarkably stable nature.
