19 people were injured, a short while ago, as a result of a three-car collision on the Western Assiut Desert Road after the beginning of kilometer 55 towards Assiut, within the Fayoum Governorate. The injured were transferred to Fayoum General Hospital, and a report was issued on the incident.

The security services of the Security Directorate received Fayoum A report from the rescue operations room, stating that they had received a report from the designated services on the Western Assiut Desert Road of a clash and injured people.
Immediately, the security services moved, and 9 ambulances were dispatched to the scene of the accident, and it was found that a semi-truck carrying workers, a private car, and another microbus collided on the western Assiut desert roads after the beginning of kilometer 55 in the governorate, due to excessive speed, and the accident resulted in the injury of 19 people. They were transferred to Fayoum General Hospital to receive treatment.
